Dersin Amacı

The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the basic principles of power electronics. In addition, examining the operating principles of basic power conversion units, making measurements of these converters and learning motor drivers are among these subjects. It is also aimed to develop skills in using simulation tools and analyzing power electronic systems.

Ders Tanımı

This course focuses on the basic concepts of power electronics, especially the operation and design of converter and inverter circuits. Students will engage in both theoretical learning and practical simulations to understand the intricacies of power electronic devices. The course emphasizes the application of simulation tools and the importance of staying updated with the latest technological advancements. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the skills necessary to analyze and optimize power electronics systems for various applications
